Terms and conditions (despite these strict regulations, we're still friendly and feel free to mail us for any quiries!)

1. Products bought are strictly not refundable!

6. We will not hesitate to blacklist anyone who do not cooperate.

FOR SPREES:
1. Do not take part if you can't wait.
2. Items would take around 2-3 wks to arrive.
3. Try not to rush me as I can do nothing to rush the parcel too.
4. Updates would be at the bottom of the post of the spree.
5. Do check back regularly.
6. Cancellation of orders after confirmation would not be entertained. Payment would not be refunded therefore do consider carefully before making your purchase.
7. Exchange rates and shipping fees are availale on the spree post
8. Do take note that de.picturesque would not be responsible for items that do not fit you, as size charts are available on the websites.
9. de.picturesque may extend/end sprees without any pior notice, depending on the reponse by spree-ers
10. Initial shipping of $3.00 per item is not negotiable.
11. Second payment for shipping is divided among spree participants and the rough weight of their items. (eg, charges for bags are more than tees or earrings.)

PAYMENT
1. only SGD accepted
2. Bank/ ATM transfer
3. Concealed cash at your own risk
4. Cash via meetups

FOR ATM TRANSFER/iBANKING
1. To POSB savings 121-15789-6
2. only POSB savings accnt can transfer to the accnt above
3. Do make payment within 48 hours of our confirmation email.
4. After payment, do let us knw your accnt number, time and amount that you've transfered.

FOR CASH PAYMENT
1. Must be made within 48hours upon confirmation email. (unless a date is given to you)
2. Payment only at Bukit Batok and Harbourfront (gotta see the time) MRT stations
3. Other MRT stations would have to see if i'm visiting the area at that time.

ITEM COLLECTION
1. Through postage or meetups
2. We will not be responsible for the lost of any items through postage. So please provide us with your real address.
3. Meet up will be at our convenience
4. Customers can choose to change the venue or time of meetup but must be at least 5 hrs before the actual time of meetup
5. Customers who fail to do so will be fined an extra $1
6. meet up charges are as followed..
Free-of-charge
Bukit Batok mrt stn
Harbourfront mrt stn (from 3-4pm)
$1 (mass meet-up)
Clementi, Jurong, Bukit Timah area
If I happen to be going to a particular place it'll be free too (e.g. orchard or boon lay)
Other mrt stations would be quite expensive (as i would have to ask someone else to help me get it) do mail me at de.picturesque@gmail.com and i'll tell you th prices accordingly.

7. I'll only wait for 10min max unless you've a really great reason or i'm free that day or i'll leave and you'll have to arrange another meetup within the 48 hrs
